She specializes in using specific therapeutic massage techniques that are tailored to particular pain issues making each session varied and different depending on the problem and the desired outcome. While Elissa believes in the relaxing benefits of massage, her sessions are not based in relaxation work and are much more therapy oriented. She has done continuing education in frozen shoulder problems, sciatic issues, trigger point work, cupping and myofascial scraping techniques. She is also certified in thai yoga massage as well. Being an athlete herself, Elissa understands how pain can get in the way of trying to lead an active and healthy life. She does her very best to understand the issues that each body has and what the best approach could be for long term relief. Elissa is a lifelong resident of the Cleveland area and enjoys running, yoga, home decor projects and hanging out with her husband, young son and their pups.Business Hours
